Friendly, patient, and helpful, Matteo did a great job incorporating and encouraging all 15 guests, especially the kids, throughout the entire day. He instructed us on how to make, tagliatelle, pumpkin ravioli, red chicory sauce, and vanilla gelato. All the food was amazing! Definitely this is an experience I would highly recommend. Make sure to bring a tip, they deserve one.”
