“It’s a great experience in an informal and intimate setting suitable for small crowd. The host is incredibly gracious in sharing his living space with guests. It’s hands on and educational. You will be part of food making process that you will enjoy at the end of the evening. There are a few caveats regarding this particular host which may either enhance or detract from your experience. First, the host is quite opinionated and will speak freely about his own personal preferences. You can expect some usage of “colorful languages and jokes”. Remember this is a very informal setting at his personal residence. For our group it was fun, entertaining…”
