“Lots of time on a bus, train, or boat. Very little free time. From getting up at 5am to meet the tour bus at 6:30, getting home at 8:30, a 14 hour at with barely 2 hours of free time.”

“Our tour guide Mattino was great. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and kept things interesting. The day before our tour they had to change it from a 6 hour tour to a 3 hour so we weren’t able to tour the inside of the duomo which was a little disappointing but they gave us a partial refund so I feel it was fairly handled. The Last Supper is a must see and we were so happy that part of the tour wasn’t changed. I highly recommend using this company.”

“I want to begin by mentioning the few positive things: Our guide, Michael, was excellent and did a good job. He was very nice, knowledgable and fun yo be around. It would have been even worse if he was not good at his job. Lake Como and the Villa Balbianello were both spectacular. Worth visiting as a tourist—truly. Just not on this overpriced and poorly planned tour. The tour itself was a complete waste of time and money. Did not even remotely meet our expectations. We met with our guide and small group and then got on the public ferry from Como to Lenno. We were charged €45 per person…”

“Calling it a private tour is misleading. It's semi private. They will charge you extra $40/person for ferry fair. Then they take you with common boat ferry where two hundred other people with you. First to Bellagio, stop 15 mins change the ferry than to Veranna. 45 mins in Verrana, then ferry back to Bellagio, 3 hrs in Bellagio and back to Como. We decided to break the tour and took the ferry back to Leccu from Bellagio and not to Como. We would have done it better on our own and at our own paise without wasting $400”
